Why is my file explorer not in dark mode?

Click the side-tab labeled Colors. Under Choose Your Default App Mode, click the radio button next to Light. Restart your PC, and then re-open the screen Choose Your Default App Mode under Settings app as in the previous step. Now, click the radio button next to Dark.
