Why does YouTube keep disabling my comments?

YouTube has recently taken a stance against videos that advocate conspiracy theories. And, as such, they either delete the videos or turn their comments off. Also, on videos that have children in them, if the comments become predatory or lascivious, then the comments get turned off.
