Why are my ringtones not showing up on iPhone?

Choose iTunes > Preferences, make sure you’re in the General Preferences, then check Tones in the Show section. When you connect the iPhone to iTunes, and click iPhone, you should see a Tones tab at the top of the window. Click this, then make sure you’ve checked Sync Tones.
