What is the Windows equivalent of Command-Shift-4?

Add the Ctrl key to have your selection go to the clipboard rather than a file. So it would be Command+Ctrl+Shift+4. You’ll get the same marquee tool as Command+Shift+4, but your selection will go to the clipboard instead so you can paste it into another app.
