What is Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer do I need it in startup?

The synchronize creates local copies of data found on a server so that you can access the data even if that server is inaccessible. If you do not access data on a network you can disable this startup. This startup entry is started automatically from an entry in your Startup folder in the Start Menu.
