Should I disable IPv4 and enable IPv6?

You really wouldn’t ever do that. Disabling prevents the function, which means you’d lose local network access since IPv6 isn’t fully implemented in most home networking solutions. Further, IPv6 is designed for tandem function with IPv4 so there’s no benefit to turning it off.
