Is B460 good for i7 10700?

Sure. Don’t pay too much for a B460 board though, some of them cost similar to a decent Z490 board like the MSI Z490-A Pro. Remember even on a B460 board and locked CPU you can still get a 2.95% overclock on the 10700 by running the BCLK at 102.95 if you want (the overclock will apply to both the CPU and the RAM).
