Is 3060 a good card?

Definitely yes, RTX 3060 is best for gaming available with budget. However if you are upgrading from RTX 20 series then it is not recommended. 3060 is capable of producing 4k at 60 fps and it is good for gaming. They should be very good, supposedly better than a GTX-1080.
