How many FPS can a 3070 run?

Just like Nvidia promises, the RTX 3070 manages a stable 4K 60 fps experience for the most part in this game. The grass and shadow render distances needed to be scaled back slightly to improve 4K stability, but these settings regressions were hardly noticeable.
