How do you fix Unfortunately Google Play Services has stopped?

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Find and Open ‘Security’.
3. Tap ‘Phone Administrators’ or ‘Device Administrators’.
4. Tap on Android Device Manager.
5. On the next page, tap ‘Activate’.
6. A notification will appear on your device asking to update Google Play Services. Tap the notification and install the update.
