How do I use my mouse in Dragon Age: Inquisition?

In the option menu, go to keybinds and find ‘toggle mouse look’ (somewhere at the bottom). This is a key that determines whether or not you have to drag to move the camera. In the game, press this button to enable/disable mouse look.
