How do I get Windows 10 to recognize a new SSD?

Step 1: Right-click on "This PC", select "Manage". Under the Storage section, click "Disk Management". Step 2: Right-click on the SSD partition and select "Change Drive Letter and Paths…". Step 3: Among Add, Change, and Remove, click the "Change" button, and then select a drive letter from the list.
