How do I get sound from DisplayPort to HDMI?

Connect to TV or receiver via HDMI cable (and DisplayPort-HDMI adapter) Come out of standby (or restart) Control Panel / Sounds and Audio Devices / Audio tab / Sound Playback default device. Select NVIDIA High Definition Audio and click on Apply.
