How do I force sync with adventure sync?

If you do not receive any of the iOS or in-game prompts, the best way to enable Adventure Sync is the following:

1. Go to iOS Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services -> Pok?mon GO -> and turn Location Permissions to “Always”
2. In Pok?mon GO, go to Settings and enable Adventure Sync.
