How do I fix stick fight the Steam game is not initialized?

I’m getting Steam not initialized when starting the game

1. Go to Steam’s installation folder (default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam)
2. Right-click on Steam.exe and select Properties.
3. Select the Compatibility tab.
4. Check “Run this program as administrator” and click OK.
5. Launch the game from your Steam Library.
