How do I fix resolve configuration system failed to initialize?

#1 Run an SCF scan to fix the Configuration system failed to initialize in Windows

1. Type in cmd in Windows search.
2. Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
3. Type in sfc /scannow and hit Enter.
4. The scan will begin – wait till it is complete.
5. Once finished, reboot your PC.
