How do I fix my disabled graphics card?

Re-enable the Graphics Card

1. After Windows starts up, open up the Device Manager.
2. Now, scroll down to Display Adapters and click on it.
3. Next, right-click on your graphics card and select Enable Device if it’s disabled.
4. You can now try restarting the computer to see if it worked or attempt to update the drivers.
