How do I enable Ctrl on Windows 7?

Click the Start button and select either Control Panel, or Settings and then Control Panel….You can also enable Sticky Keys in Windows 7 or Vista as follows:

1. From the Start menu, click Control Panel.
2. Open the Ease of Access Center.
3. Click Make the keyboard easier to use, and then check Turn on Sticky Keys.
