How do I activate active directory users and Computers?

To enable the ADUC tool, take these steps:

1. Open Settings from the Start menu (or press Win-I).
2. Open the Apps & Features, Click Manage optional features at the top of the page and select Add a feature.
3. Select the RSAT: Active Directory Domain Services and Lightweight Directory Tools box and click Install.
