How did I turn my keyboard off?

There isn’t any option to disable/enable the keyboard of your PC but your Touchpad does have. Press fn+F7 and that should enable the Touchpad of your laptop. – Go to Device Manager and check if keyboard is listed normally without any mark on it. – Right click on the keyboard driver and see if you’ll have Enable option.
