Does the Apple Pencil 2 lose battery when not in use?

Turning off Bluetooth connection to the Pencil will slow down the battery drain, but the Apple Pencil will continually drain no matter what. You need to be diligent and keep your Apple Pencil charged up to, at least 10-15%, at all times. It is the way it is.
