Does GeForce Experience improve FPS?

The only real FPS improvements can be seen by updating via the new drivers that are on Geforce Experience. For example, the newest driver updates are what allow features such as Nvidia Low Latency, Nvidia Reflex Low LAtency and DLSS to be added (all of them improve game responsiveness and boost fps).
