Can I restart Active Directory Domain Services?

Starting, stopping, or restarting an AD LDS instance In the console tree, double-click Roles, and then click Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services. In the details pane, in the System Services list, click the AD LDS instance that you want to manage. Click Start, Stop, or Restart.
