Can I play Modern Warfare on Xbox Series S?

I’m afraid as the Series S has no optical drive, you will have to re-buy Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 as a digital purchase. This also applies to all other games you own on disc. If this is not cost effective to you, then your only option is to buy a Series X, which does contain a Blu-ray drive.
