Can I downgrade from 64bit to 32bit?

Moving from a x64 [64-bit] to x86 [32-bit] isn’t downgrading. That is just using the same OS with different architecture (a slower one-if your processor supports 64 bit). So in a nutshell, you can’t just downgrade. You need to reinstall x86 Windows 7.
