Can I charge my Apple pencil 2 with my iPhone?

With the first generation Apple Pencil, you could, as it charges using a lightning port, but you cannot use it on the iPhone. On the other hand, the Apple Pencil 2 requires wireless charging, which the iPhone do not have, and could only be charged on the iPad Pro 2018 or later.
