How do I fix error 0x80004005 while sharing a folder?

Navigate to “Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center -> Advanced sharing settings.” Click the “Private” network and ensure that “Turn on network discovery” is enabled and that the “Turn on automatic setup…” checkbox is enabled. Make sure “Turn on file and printer sharing” is also activated.
