Should I upgrade from 2666MHz RAM?

Theres a couple of benchmarks out there for specific games but upgrading from 2666 to 3200 or 3666 is really only going to give you a few additional frames in most cases. So unless you want to actually spend money, I would say absolutely not. You are better off upgrading your GPU.
