How do I unblock a publisher program?

Step One: Unblock the Publisher 1) Right click the file that you are to install, then choose Properties from the list. 2) At the bottom of the Properties window, make sure the box for Unblock is ticked. Then click Apply and OK to save the change and see if the installation is available now.
