How do I print a Word document without color?

Method 1: Alter the “Word Options”

1. First of all, click “File” tab in Word.
2. Next click “Options” to open the “Word Options” box.
3. Click “Display” on the left.
4. Then on the right side under “Printing options” section, clear “Print background colors or images” box.
5. Lastly, click “OK”.
