How to turn on Wi-Fi settings for Microsoft To Do

1. Open Settings on your Windows 10 device.
2. Select Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.
3. Select Choose apps that can use your Wi-Fi data.
4. Turn on the toggle next to Let apps use my Wi-Fi data, then turn on the toggle next to Microsoft To Do.
