How do you use Staying Alive extension?

Staying Alive works by first asking you to set up some ‘rules’ in its settings page for each regular site you visit that has a session timeout. Assign a nickname to each, then add the site homepage URL in the ‘trigger URL’ field, followed by any other page within the site you’d like the plugin to refresh for you.
