How do I fix Outlook online?

Steps:

1. Open start menu.
2. Type "appwiz. cpl" and open the program.
3. Select Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus, and click "Change"
4. Select option for online repair.
5. Run repair – this takes about 15 minutes depending on internet.
6. Open outlook. It may ask for safe mode again, select "No". This should resolve the issue.
