How do you play LAN in Civ 6?

Civilization VI LAN set up

1. control panel -> network and internet -> network and sharing center -> change adapter settings (on the left side of the screen)
2. right click radmin vpn and select properties.
3. select internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and select properties.
