How do I set an alarm on my Apple Watch and not my iPhone?

You can set the alarm on the phone via the new Sleep function, then turn on the flight mode on both the phone and the watch. The alarm will be set and will sound on both devices, of course you will have to manually turn off both the alarms, since the two devices will not be linked.
