How do you spawn a life giving amulet?

It requires 3 Gold Nuggets, 2 Nightmare Fuel, and 1 Red Gem to craft and a Prestihatitator to prototype. It can also be found when a Grave is dug up, it can randomly drop from a Slot Machine or be dropped by a Ancient Pseudoscience Station when it is damaged with a Hammer, Gunpowder etc.
