Are upHere fans loud?

They’re very noisy – the fan/fan motor sounds like its vibrating too much and has knocked something loose. They’re no longer quiet. … It was only $15 and they look good but I’m not certain I’ll buy from upHere again when I got to replace my defective fan blades.
