Bootstrap.exe is a legitimate file. This process is known as Intel Services Manager. It belongs to software LiveUpdate and was developed by Intel Corporation. It is commonly stored in C:\Program Files. Malware authors write different types of malicious programs and name it as Bootstrap.exe to spread virus.
