Do graphics cards have BIOS?

Yes, GPUs have their own BIOS, often called vBIOS. You can’t actually access it, but with the right software you can view and edit the vBIOS. Many GPUs come with dual or even triple vBIOS switches for that reason, so users can tweak their vBIOS without bricking their card if they wish.
